针对目前我国大学生就业难的问题，对某独立院校毕业生范围进行针对就业方向、就业途径和就业能力等问题的问卷调查，统计结果显示多数毕业生认为自身缺乏相关工作经验以及独立学院的社会认知度低是造成独立学院毕业生就业难的主要问题，另一方面结果显示多数毕业生更倾向于生源地的私人和民营企业。分析此次调查结果，提出对独立学院就业工作的建议，倡导针对独立学院大学生的就业观教育必须从多方面考虑，充分调动各方面的积极性，以达到最佳的教育效果。

In view of the current difficult employment of China's university students, we made a questionnaire survey on employ-ment directions, employment paths and employment abilities of graduates from an independent college, and the statistical result shows that most graduates hold that the main factors causing their difficult employment are their lack of related working experience and the low social recognition of independent colleges, and on the other hand, the result shows that most graduates prefer private enterprises at their hometowns. Through analyzing the results of the survey, we proposed suggestions for the employment work of independent colleges, advocated that the education of university students' outlook on employment in independent colleges should be considered from multiple aspects, so as to fully motivate the initiative of various aspects and achieve the best education effect.
