In the art college enrollment, the English grades of the art major students become lower and lower. So lots of students with poor English can come into art universities and bec ome a member of it. According to this problem, the teachers in art uni-versities can use English teaching strategies properly and reason-ably, divide the students into different levels according to their English grades and teach them properly, reduce the difficulty of textbooks, adjust the attendance measures, improve the quality of teachers to settle this problem. If teachers use these methods ap-propriately, stimulating students' interest in English learning will not be a difficult task. The students with poor English can also learn something in English class.
