围绕中国现代种业人才需求和青岛农业大学应用型人才培养特色名校建设目标，本研究从分析青岛农业大学“种子加工原理与工艺”课程建设现状及存在的问题入手，探索教学内容改革的基本原则及技术路线，并初步构建了多元化课程体系。目前实践效果良好，为今后中国应用型特色种业人才培养体系的深入改革创新、研究实践提供了参考。
위요중국현대충업인재수구화청도농업대학응용형인재배양특색명교건설목표，본연구종분석청도농업대학“충자가공원리여공예”과정건설현상급존재적문제입수，탐색교학내용개혁적기본원칙급기술로선，병초보구건료다원화과정체계。목전실천효과량호，위금후중국응용형특색충업인재배양체계적심입개혁창신、연구실천제공료삼고。
According to the demand of modern seed industry tal-ents and the goal of construction of famous university with char-acteristic of training applied talents, this paper analyzed the sta-tus and problems of the course construction of"seed processing principle and technology" in Qingdao Agricultural University, explored the basic principle and the technical route of the teach-ing content reform, and constructed the multiplex curriculum system. At present, the effect of practice is good. The result pro-vided a reference for the future reform and innovation on the sys-tem for training applied talents majoring in seed science and en-gineering in China.
