In this paper,the core is the cultivation of college stu dents' innovation ability,and using the School of Electrical (Mech-ano-Electronic) Engineering in Xuchang University as an exam-ple. we mainly introduce the construction of an innovation plat-form which is applied in photovoltaic generation and the explo-ration of practical teaching with new mode. Both the platform and practical teaching are trinity.
