    军事任职教育要求教学内容要贴近部队、贴近装备、贴近实战。本文针对士官数学课堂教学的特点，分别从新课引入、例题讲解、数学应用三个方面阐述军事任职教育条件下士官数学课堂教学中的“三贴近”。

    Military post education requires that the teaching con-tents should be close to the army, equipment and actual combat. In view of the characteristics of mathematics classroom teaching of sergeants, this paper elaborated the"three closes"in the math-ematics classroom teaching of sergeants under the condition of military post education, respectively from new lesson leading-in, example explanation and mathematical application.
