目的：研制复方加替沙星滴鼻液并建立质量控制标准。方法配制复方加替沙星滴鼻液，采用HPLC法测定加替沙星含量。色谱柱为Symmetry C18柱（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为三乙胺磷酸-乙腈（81：19），流速为1ml/min，检测波长为293nm，过样量20ul。结果加替沙星浓度线性范围是50~350ug/ml，平均回收率为99.11%，RSD为1.62%（n=5）。结论复方加替沙星滴鼻液制备工艺简单，质量稳定，质控方法可行。

목적：연제복방가체사성적비액병건립질량공제표준。방법배제복방가체사성적비액，채용HPLC법측정가체사성함량。색보주위Symmetry C18주（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,류동상위삼을알린산-을정（81：19），류속위1ml/min，검측파장위293nm，과양량20ul。결과가체사성농도선성범위시50~350ug/ml，평균회수솔위99.11%，RSD위1.62%（n=5）。결론복방가체사성적비액제비공예간단，질량은정，질공방법가행。
Objective To prepare Compound gatifloxacin Nasal Drops and to establish the standard of quality control. MethodThe high-efficiency liquid chromatography was employed to detect the content of gatifloxacin in compound gatifloxacin nose drop. The symmetry C18 columu(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase was triethylamine phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (81∶19),the lfow rate was 1 ml/min. The detection wavelengh was 293 nm and sample size was 20μl. Result The linear range of gatilfoxacinconcentration was 50~350ug/ml, The average recovery was 99.11%,with relative standard deviation of 1.62%(n=5). Conclusion The preparation techniques of compound gatilfoxacin nose drop is simple, quality is stable, the method of quality control is feasible.
