目的:探讨研究鲍曼不动杆菌对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性及其产碳青霉烯酶情况。方法对我院采集提供的临床标本进行分离筛选鲍曼不动杆菌,采用MicroScanWalkAway-40全自动微生物分析仪鉴定,并对常见10中抗菌药物进行耐药性分析和产碳青霉烯酶菌株的检测。结果共筛选出120株鲍曼不动杆菌,其对头孢哌酮的耐药率最低(19.2%),对阿莫西林的敏感性最高(43.3%);对头孢哌酮的耐药率最低(25.8%),对氨苄西林耐药率最高(89.2%),共检测出能够产生碳青霉烯酶的菌株30株,检出率为71.4%。结论鲍曼不动杆菌具有较强的耐药性,其耐药机制与产生碳青霉烯酶有关。

Objective To investigate Acinetobacter baumannii resistance to clinical antimicrobial agents commonly used and carbapenemase producing situations.Methods The clinical specimens collected and provided by our hospital were carried out acinetobacter baumannii isolation and screening by MicroScanWalkAway-40 automatic analyzer identiifcation of microorganisms. And 10 common antimicrobial drugs resistances were analyzed and the productions of carbapenemase strains were detected.Results A total of 120 acinetobacter baumannii were screened, to which cefoperazone resistance rate was lowest (19.2%), the highest sensitivity to amoxicillin (43.3%), lowest rates of resistance to cefoperazone (25.8%) and the highest rate of resistance to ampicillin (89.2%). 30 bacterial strains producing carbapenemase were detected, the detection rate of 71.4%. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii has strong resistance and the resistance mechanism is related with carbapenemase production.
