目的:研究PBL教学在妇产超声科实习带教中的应用。方法将带教学生分为两组。观察组采用PBL结合典型病例实习教学模式,对照组采用传统实习教学模式结合典型病例为先导的启发式教学。应用教师自评、问卷调查、成绩分析三种方式评估教学效果。结果问卷调查教学效果满意率,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。病例分析成绩良好率实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),两种方式的及格率与优秀率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论 PBL结合典型病例教学应用于妇产科超声临床实习带教,有利于培养学生的临床思维和实践能力,提高教学质量。

Objective To study the application of PBL teaching in obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound teaching.Methods Teaching students were divided into two groups. The students in the observation group were given the PBL combined with typical cases in the practice teaching mode, while students in control group were given traditional practice teaching model combined with typical cases as the forerunner of the heuristic teaching. Three ways were used to evaluate the teaching effect including self-evaluation of teachers, questionnaire investigation and results analysis.Results Satisfaction survey of teaching effects in the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). By analyzing cases, good results rate of experimental group is higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05 orP<0.01). The pass rates and excellent rates in two groups showed no statistically signiifcant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching combined with typical cases of teaching is helpful to cultivate the students' clinical thinking and practice ability and improve teaching quality by the application in clinical practice in department of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound.
