目前矿用传感器大多是对单一气体的检测,要实时监测井下气体浓度,需要在巷道中安装多种传感器,既不方便,又不经济。对此,本文提出一种新型传感器载体材料--多壁碳纳米管(Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes, MWCNTS)。利用多壁碳纳米管之间的层隙具有很强的毛细性能,能够将一定分子大小的气体吸附到其内部及层隙之中这一原理,采用蒙特卡罗(Grand Canonical Monte Carlo, GCMC)方法对内径为16.27?,管壁间距为4?的多壁碳纳米管吸附CH4、CO、CO2、H2四种气体情况进行模拟计算。通过分析计算出的吸附等温线之间的差别,判断多壁碳纳米管是否能够作为这四种气体传感器的载体物质。最后根据计算的结果,得出内径为16.27?的多壁碳纳米管可以作CO和CO2气体传感器的载体物质的结论。

Now,most sensors are used to check the single gas in mine. To master the gas potency in mine,all kinds of sensors are needed to install on the tunnel. It is not convenience and economical. Thus,the article refer to a new material --Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes as the sensor. Taking advantage of strong Capillary performance on the Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes’interval,Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes can adsorb molecules into interval. The article used the Grand Canonical Monte Carlo(GCMC)simulation method to calculate that the internal diameter is 16.27 ? and spacing between Multi Wall is 4? Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes adsorb to CH4、CO、CO2、H2.Analyzing the result of adsorption isotherms ,conclude the Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes whether or not can be as the sensors’materials. According to the result,it conclude that the internal diameter is 16.27 ? and spacing between Multi Wall is 4? Multi Wall Carbon Nanotubes can be used the CO and CO2 sensors material.
