阐述了症状群的概念及症状群的评估工具；从心理精神症状群、躯体症状群两方面阐述了乳腺癌病人的症状群；从人口学因素、疾病及治疗相关因素、其他相关因素方面阐述了乳腺癌症状群的影响因素；介绍了乳腺癌症状群对预后的影响及干预措施。提出今后研究中应明确症状群的定义、症状群中症状的纳入和排除标准及症状群的发生机制，提示临床护理工作者应提高对症状群的认识，在疾病治疗及护理过程中给予适当的干预，以减轻症状群对病人造成的影响。

It expounded the concept and assessment tools of symptom clus-ters;it expounded the symptoms clusters of breast cancer patients from two aspects of psychological and psychiatric symptoms clusters,physical symp-toms clusters;it expounded the influencing factors of symptoms clusters of breast cancer from demographic factors,disease and treatment related fac-tors and other relevant factors;it introduced the influence of symptoms clus-ters of breast cancer on prognosis and interventions.It put forward that in future researches symptom clusters should be clearly defined,symptom clus-ters in of symptom inclusion and exclusion criteria and the mechanism of symptom clusters should be defined.It suggested that clinical care workers should raise awareness of the symptom clusters,to give appropriate interven-tions during treatment and care,so as to mitigate the impact of the symp-toms clusters on the patients.
