分析了在建工程灾害的特征、危害性和影响波及程度，结合土木工程行业目前在建工程的防灾减灾的薄弱处及发展要求，重点研究了土木工程行业在建工程灾害较为合适的防范对策，提出了在建工程较为系统的防灾减灾的新举措和新思路，对施工阶段的防灾减灾有一定的参考价值和意义。
分析瞭在建工程災害的特徵、危害性和影響波及程度，結閤土木工程行業目前在建工程的防災減災的薄弱處及髮展要求，重點研究瞭土木工程行業在建工程災害較為閤適的防範對策，提齣瞭在建工程較為繫統的防災減災的新舉措和新思路，對施工階段的防災減災有一定的參攷價值和意義。

This paper researched and analyzed the characteristics,harmfulness and influence degree of construction engineering disasters,com-bining with the weaknesses and development requirements of currently construction engineering disaster prevention and reduction of civil engi-neering,emphatically researched the more appropriate countermeasures of construction engineering disasters of civil engineering,put forward sys-tematically new measures and new ideas of disaster prevention and reduction of construction engineering,had certain reference value and signifi-cance for the disaster prevention and reduction in construction stage.
