Through the analysis on the importance of project practical ability training of engineering teachers in colleges,this paper put forward the ways of cultivating the practical ability of teachers from the establishment of engineering teachers training system,encouragement the engi-neering into enterprise,establishment the cooperation relation of enterprises and colleges and other views,in order to improve the teaching ability.
