本文针对我国产业集群对管理类大学生就业吸引力不高的问题,选取武汉光谷就业吸引力为对象,对产业集群就业吸引力的22个影响因子进行因子分析,从而为提高武汉光谷就业吸引力,留住高层次管理人才提出指导意见,也为其他产业集群研究就业吸引力提供了实证依据。

In view of the problem that employment attraction of the industrial cluster in China is not high to management majors, this article selects the employment attraction of Wuhan Optics Valley as the object, and analyzes the 22 influencing factors of the employment attraction of industrial cluster, which puts forward guiding suggestions to increase the employment attraction of the Wuhan Optical Valley and retain high-level management personnel, and also provides the empirical basis for the employment attraction research of other industrial clusters.
