加强地质调查创新团队建设，能够带动地质调查业务、人才队伍和条件建设的协调发展，是提高中国地质调查团队科研能力与水平、增强国际竞争力的重要途径。本文分析了国内地质调查团队建设的现状，介绍了地质调查创新团队建设的目的与意义，提出按照学科引领---资源优化---重点建设---整体带动的原则建设地质调查创新团队，并确定了创新团队建设的实施步骤。最后分析了现阶段建设地质调查创新团队存在的问题，并提出具体措施。

Strengthening innovation team construction of geological survey ,can drive the coordinated development of geological survey business ,personnel and conditions for construction ,is the important way to improve the research capability and level of China geological survey teams .This paper analyzes current situations of the geological survey team construction ,describes the purpose and significance of team construction of geological survey innovation ,propose to build innovation teams of geological survey which is according to the principles of Discipline Lead ---Resource Optimization---Key Construction---Overall Drive ,and determine the implementation steps of innovative team building .Finally ,it analyzes the existing problems of innovative team building of geological survey at the present stage ,and proposes the specific measures .
