通过观察光照对工厂化栽培刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)子实体形态和产量的影响表明,7种不同波长光源中蓝光对刺芹侧耳子实体发育最有利,蓝光照射所获得的子实体个体较大、外观形态好(菌盖较大、较厚)、商品价值高;进一步研究了蓝光光照强度及光照时间对刺芹侧耳子实体生长的影响表明,采用3根 LED条形灯照射所获得的刺芹侧耳外观形态及单瓶总产量均较好;光照时间为6h即可获得外观形态较好、单瓶总产量较高的菇,但照射18 h得到的菇个体较大。

The effect of light of different wavelengths, illumination intensity and illumination time on Pleurotus eryngii fruit body size and yield was determined.Fruit bodies were larger under blue light,with larger and thicker pilei,and with thicker stipes.Fruit body dimensions and yields per culture bottle were also greater when cultivation areas were illuminated with blue light provided by three bands of LED strip lighting. Yields per single bottle were highest following daily exposure to six hours of continuous irradiation with blue light but the average size of fruit bodies was greatest when the cultivation area was illuminated with blue light for eighteen hours daily.
