针对不锈钢退火酸洗线发生引带断裂事故,对断裂试样进行宏观检测、化学成分检测、金相分析和扫描电镜分析,发现J4侧因奥氏体晶界析出的铁素体相和出现沿晶裂纹是断带的根本原因,并提出了相应的防控措施。
針對不鏽鋼退火痠洗線髮生引帶斷裂事故,對斷裂試樣進行宏觀檢測、化學成分檢測、金相分析和掃描電鏡分析,髮現J4側因奧氏體晶界析齣的鐵素體相和齣現沿晶裂紋是斷帶的根本原因,併提齣瞭相應的防控措施。

Regarding to band breakage accident of stainless steel annealing and pickling line , a series of measures have been conducted , such as macro inspection , chemical composition test , metallurgical analysis and SEM analysis . It was found that ferrite phase separated from austenite crystal boundary at the side of J 4 and crack along crystal were main cause of failure and relevant prevention measures have been put forward .
