为检测胶孢炭疽菌( Colletotrichum gloeosporioide)对保护型、内吸型和复合型3种不同类型杀菌剂的敏感性,在实验室条件下,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了来源于四季茶花和佛手的炭疽病原菌对6种杀菌剂的敏感性.结果表明:炭疽病菌对复合型杀菌剂敏感性最高,其次是保护型,最低是内吸型;2株炭疽病原菌对复合型杀菌剂30%苯甲丙环唑敏感性最强,EC50分别为2.2878 mg/L和3.0757 mg/L.综合分析认为,复合型杀菌剂30%苯甲丙环唑和80%多福锌可作为今后防治茶花和佛手炭疽病的有效杀菌剂.

In order to clarify the sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides to three kinds of fungicides , by means of mycelium growth rate methods , the toxicity test of six fungicides to two isolates of C.gloeosporioides isolated from camellia and fingered citron was carried out in laboratory .The results showed that the sensitivity of C.gloeosporioides to composite fungicides was the highest , the next was protected fungicides , the weakest was systemic fungicides .The results also showed that the toxicity of 30%benzoyl propiconazole to the isolated from camellia and fingered citron was the strongest , and EC50 was 2.287 8 mg/L and 3.075 7 mg/L, respec-tively .Comprehensive analysis elucidated that the compound fungicide 30% benzoyl propiconazole and 80%carbendazim flusilazole mancozeb could be used as effective chemicals for the control of anthracnose of camellia and fingered citron .
