Based on the subject of time-synchronization for primary and base stations,a new scheme of decoding IRIG-B code applied to base station is put forward. In this article,a new decoding algorithm is designed and realized with FPGA. Compared to the former methods,FPGA has its great advantage in accuracy,flexibility,small-size,low power consuming and strong anti-jamming ability.
