野战炮兵要打赢未来的战争，必须提高野战炮兵的数字化、信息化水平。“野战炮兵战术指挥网络系统”是提高野战炮兵的数字化、信息化水平的一种手段。新军事变革的不断深入和扩展以及战争形态的不断演变，造就了未来战争的多样性、复杂性、快速性、隐蔽性、立体性和高技术性。强调野战炮兵的装备必须走全面数字化和信息化的道路。告诫在未来的竞争中，谁赢得了信息、谁拥有了数字化武器，谁就能赢得时间，取得战争的胜利。

According to win the war in future for the field artillery,the digitization and informatization level of the field artillery should be improved. Tactics command network system in field artillery is an approach for improving the digitization and informatization level. However,as the constant depth and spread of new military revolution and the continuous evolution of the war form,future wars is changed diversely, complicated,rapidly,snugly,stereoscopic and technically. The equipment of the field artillery whose future must be totally digitization and informatization is emphasized in this paper.
