高等职业教育以就业为导向,培养技能型和应用型的职业人才,以适应我国市场人才的需求。本文梳理物流专业实行“三层次多阶段工学交替冶实践教学体系运作,平衡学生、教师和企业三方的需求,完善长效机制和监督评价机制等实践教学成果,从而更好地培养学生岗位素质和职业技能,实现为企业培养高素质的应用型物流人才目标。

Higher occupation education is an employment orientated education mechanism with the purpose of training talents with practical and applicable skills,so they can adapt to the market demand in China. This paper analyzes the implementation of“three-layer-multi-phase alternation”practice teaching system in logistics major. It explores how to achieve balance among the needs of students, teachers and enterprises, to improve the long-term mechanism for supervision and result evaluation,in the end,to achieve the ultimate goal of developing high quality logistics talents for enterprises with professional competency and technical skills.
