本文从分析海船工作环境条件入手，对微控制器硬件系统安全稳定性设计的必要性及设计重点进行了分析，从电磁可靠性角度，讨论了影响微控制器系统安全稳定运行的主要环节的设计方法，包括印刷电路板可靠性设计和微控制器系统电磁兼容性设计的设计方法，解决微控制器系统硬件设计中的安全稳定性问题。

This paper analyses the design key point and necessity of the security and stability of Micro-controller Hardware System based on the working conditions of ships;then, discusses the design method of the major components of the Effect of Micro-controller Hardware System,including,including approaches to achieve the EMC design of the Micro Controller System and Reliability design of PCB. These approaches will improve the security and stability of the Design of Micro-controller Hardware System.
