WRKY转录因子是植物中一类较大的转录因子家族,参与植物逆境胁迫反应相关的转录重编程的调控过程,在植物的生长发育以及环境适应中具有非常重要的作用。当植物遭受逆境胁迫时,WRKY转录因子表达模式及活性发生变化,从而导致多种信号途径及其调控网络的改变。单一的WRKY转录因子往往响应多种胁迫因子,并作为正调控或负调控因子参与许多表面上毫不相关的生理过程的调控。WRKY转录因子经由蛋白间的相互作用行使功能,并存在广泛的自身调节和交叉调节。本文主要综述了近年来WRKY转录因子在植物应对渗透胁迫、冻害、营养缺失等非生物胁迫反应方面的研究进展。
WRKY轉錄因子是植物中一類較大的轉錄因子傢族,參與植物逆境脅迫反應相關的轉錄重編程的調控過程,在植物的生長髮育以及環境適應中具有非常重要的作用。噹植物遭受逆境脅迫時,WRKY轉錄因子錶達模式及活性髮生變化,從而導緻多種信號途徑及其調控網絡的改變。單一的WRKY轉錄因子往往響應多種脅迫因子,併作為正調控或負調控因子參與許多錶麵上毫不相關的生理過程的調控。WRKY轉錄因子經由蛋白間的相互作用行使功能,併存在廣汎的自身調節和交扠調節。本文主要綜述瞭近年來WRKY轉錄因子在植物應對滲透脅迫、凍害、營養缺失等非生物脅迫反應方麵的研究進展。

WRKY transcription factors are one of the largest families of transcriptional regulators in plants , which participate in the regulation of transcriptional reprogramming associated with plant stress responses , and play a very important role in the grow th and development of plants ,such as lateral root development , senescence ,sugar metabolism ,and responses to various abiotic and biotic stresses .Modification of the ex-pression patterns of WRKY genes and changes in their activities contribute to the elaboration of various signaling pathways and regulatory networks .Furthermore ,it is becoming clear that a single WRKY tran-scription factor often responds to several stress factors ,and then involves in regulating several seemingly disparate processes as positive or negative regulators .WRKY proteins also function via protein-protein in-teraction and auto-regulation or cross-regulation is extensively recorded among WRKY genes .In this re-view ,we emphasize the recent progress of WRKY transcription factors in plant abiotic stresses ,such as osmotic stress ,cold and nutrient deficiency over the past several years .
