以重茬4年烤烟(龙江911)为试验材料,在田间条件下,设置了对照(B1),本地常规施肥(B2),腐殖酸混肥(B3)3个处理,详细研究了不同处理(B1、B2、B3)对烤烟烟碱积累和产量产值的影响。结果表明:烤烟各器官内烟碱积累量表现为B3>B2>B1,其中茎B3比B2处理提高36.87%,B2高于B1处理0.14 kg/hm2;下部叶B3比B2处理提高97.71%,差异显著,B2与B1之间无显著差异;中部叶B3分别高于B1、B2处理65.51%、48.15%,差异显著;上部叶B3比B2处理提高44.79%,差异显著;B3下部叶内烟碱分配比例显著高于B1、B2处理;B3产量与产值分别比B2提高6.94%、7.94%,上等烟比例提高9.06%。综合分析认为,腐殖酸对提高烤烟各器官烟碱积累量和产量产值效果优于常规施肥处理。

Four years copping flue-cured tobacco (longjiang 911) were used to study changes of nicotine ac-cumulation and yield and output under humic acid ,the test set three treatment w hich include control (B1) , conventional fertilization(B2) ,humic acid(B3) .The results showed that :nicotine accumulation in various organs of flue-cured tobacco showed B3>B2>B1 and then B3 higher than B2 treatment 36.87% in stem , B2 higher than B1 treatment 0.14 kg/hm2 ;nicotine accumulation B3 was higher than B2 treatment 97.71% and have significant differences ,there was no significant difference between B2 and B1 in lower leaves ;nicotine accumulation B3 was higher than B1 ,B2 treatment 65.51% ,48.15% and have significant differences in middle leaves ;B3 was higher than B2 treatment 44.79% and have significant differences in upper leaves ;nicotine distribution ratio B3 was significantly higher than B1 ,B2 treatment in lower leaves ;yield and output B3 was higher than B2 treatment 6.94% ,7.94% and the proportion of fine tobacco im-proved 9.06% .Comprehensive analysis that humic acid on improve nicotine accumulation and yield and output superior to conventional fertilization .
