为了了解亚致死高温对西花蓟马雌性成虫寿命和繁殖力的影响,作者研究了43℃不同暴露时段(2h、6h、12h、24h、36h)对不同生殖方式下西花蓟马雌性成虫寿命和第一代后代种群数量、存活率及代性比的影响。结果表明:孤雌生殖和两性生殖模式下,西花蓟马在43℃暴露不同时段后,成虫寿命缩短,第一代后代种群数量明显变少、存活率降低、雌雄性比下降。表明43℃高温对西花蓟马雌性成虫寿命和繁殖力有很大影响,本试验为高温防治蓟马提供一定的理论基础。

Detailed experiments were conducted to estimate the effects of sublethal high temperature on the longevity and fecundity of western flower thrips Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) .we studied the effect of exposure to 43 ℃ for various durations (2h ,6h ,12h ,24h and 36 h) on the longevity (parental generation) and the numbers of larvae and adult ,the survival rates ,the sex ratio (female:male) in the first progeny generation of western flower thrips .The result showed that ,under both the arrhenotoky and the sexual reproduction pattern ,the longevity of parental generation female adults and the quantity of lar-vae and adults ,the total survival rate ,the sex ratio (under the sexual reproduction) in the first progeny generation decreased significantly .The data indicated that ,the longevity and fecundity of western flower thrips were affected by 43℃significantly .Our results provide a theoretical basis to control western flower thrips by high temperature .
