目的：评价Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵预防后牙重度牙周炎患者拔牙后出现并发症的临床效果。方法以450例重度牙周炎患者共486颗需拔除的后牙为研究对象，根据患牙拔除后在牙槽窝内使用不同的材料,随机分成3组，试验组在牙槽窝内放置Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵(A组)，材料对照组则在牙槽窝内放置普通可吸收性明胶海绵(B组)以及空白对照组在牙槽窝内不放置任何材料（C组）。观察拔牙后0.5h、2d和7d时3组拔牙后牙槽窝的出血及感染的发生情况，采用SPSS17.0软件卡方检验来计算各组并发症的发生率。结果3组拔牙后出血发生率分别为A组2.44%、B组5.56%、C组9.38%，感染发生率分别为A组1.22%、B组4.32%、C组7.50%，试验组拔牙后牙槽窝内出血及感染的发生率明显低于材料对照组及空白对照组，3组间的差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论Gelatamp胶质银明胶海绵对后牙重度牙周炎患者拔牙后出现并发症的预防疗效显著，可在临床推广使用。

목적：평개Gelatamp효질은명효해면예방후아중도아주염환자발아후출현병발증적림상효과。방법이450례중도아주염환자공486과수발제적후아위연구대상，근거환아발제후재아조와내사용불동적재료,수궤분성3조，시험조재아조와내방치Gelatamp효질은명효해면(A조)，재료대조조칙재아조와내방치보통가흡수성명효해면(B조)이급공백대조조재아조와내불방치임하재료（C조）。관찰발아후0.5h、2d화7d시3조발아후아조와적출혈급감염적발생정황，채용SPSS17.0연건잡방검험래계산각조병발증적발생솔。결과3조발아후출혈발생솔분별위A조2.44%、B조5.56%、C조9.38%，감염발생솔분별위A조1.22%、B조4.32%、C조7.50%，시험조발아후아조와내출혈급감염적발생솔명현저우재료대조조급공백대조조，3조간적차이유현저성의의（P<0.05）。결론Gelatamp효질은명효해면대후아중도아주염환자발아후출현병발증적예방료효현저，가재림상추엄사용。
Objective To study the clinical effects of Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge on prevent-ing the complication of posterior teeth extraction with severe periodontitis. Methods 486 posterior teeth from 450 patients with severe periodentitis were divided into 3 groups randomly based on different materials in teeth extrac-tion sockets:Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge was implanted into the teeth extraction sockets in the experi-mental group(Group A). Gelatin sponge was implanted into sockets in the material control group(Group B) and nothing was implanted into the teeth extraction sockets in the blank control group(Group C).The complication of teeth extraction was observed on 0.5 h, 2 d and 7 d after extraction.The incidence rate of complication was calculated by chi-square test using SPSS17.0 software.Results The incidence rate of bleeding in the three groups was 2.44%(Group A), 5.56%(Group B), 9.38%(Group C) respectively. And the incidence rate of infection in the three groups was 1.22%(Group A), 4.32%(Group B), 7.50%(Group C) respectively. The incidence rates of bleeding and infection complications in the experiment group were dramatically lower than the material control group and the blank control group, and there was significant difference in the incidence rates of complica-tions between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Gelatamp colloidal silver gelatin sponge can significantly prevent the occurrence of complication of teeth extraction in the patients with severe periodontitis, indicating that it can be used in clinic.
