采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成一系列La1-xKxFeO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5)纳米粉体,并对其物相及气敏性进行研究,结果表明:对LaFeO3的A位进行K+掺杂后的La1-xKxFeO3仍具有LaFeO3斜方晶系钙钛矿结构;K+的掺入可以抑制晶粒的长大且明显提高材料的导电能力;La0.7 K0.3 FeO3材料对3×10-4 g/cm3乙醇具有较高的灵敏度、良好的选择性及较短的响应-恢复时间.
採用檸檬痠溶膠-凝膠法閤成一繫列La1-xKxFeO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5)納米粉體,併對其物相及氣敏性進行研究,結果錶明:對LaFeO3的A位進行K+摻雜後的La1-xKxFeO3仍具有LaFeO3斜方晶繫鈣鈦礦結構;K+的摻入可以抑製晶粒的長大且明顯提高材料的導電能力;La0.7 K0.3 FeO3材料對3×10-4 g/cm3乙醇具有較高的靈敏度、良好的選擇性及較短的響應-恢複時間.
채용저몽산용효-응효법합성일계렬La1-xKxFeO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5)납미분체,병대기물상급기민성진행연구,결과표명:대LaFeO3적A위진행K+참잡후적La1-xKxFeO3잉구유LaFeO3사방정계개태광결구;K+적참입가이억제정립적장대차명현제고재료적도전능력;La0.7 K0.3 FeO3재료대3×10-4 g/cm3을순구유교고적령민도、량호적선택성급교단적향응-회복시간.
The nanopowders of La1 -xKxFeO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5)were prepared by a citric acid sol-gel method.Their microstructure and ethanol-sensing properties were investigated.The results showed that with the doping of K+the obtained powders were an orthorhombic perovskite structure,and the doping of K+could restrained the growth of the grain size.The K+doping enormously enhanced the conductivity of the samples.The gas sensors based on the La0.7 K0.3 FeO3 showed higher sensitivity to 3 ×10 -4 g/cm3 etha-nol gas,and had better selectivity and response-recovery.
