目的:探讨丹参对暴发性肝衰竭( FHF)大鼠肝损伤及肝再生的影响。方法: Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、 FHF组、丹参组、促肝细胞生长素( PHGF)组。 FHF、丹参组和PHGF组动物模型采用TAA皮下注射,剂量按每kg体重600mg,2次,每次间隔24h,复制FHF动物模型。丹参组和PHGF组动物除皮下注射TAA外,于实验前3天至实验结束分别于皮下注射丹参注射液1ml/100g和PHGF1ml/100g,正常对照组和FHF组大鼠同时皮下注射生理盐水1ml/100g。 FHF组、丹参组和PHGF组,于第2次注射TAA后24h,随机取大鼠各8只,腹主动脉取血测肝功能。迅速取肝组织,用10%甲醛液固定,制成石蜡切片,检测肝细胞有丝分裂指数( MI)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)。结果:丹参具有降低FHF大鼠ALT、 AST及TBil,显著提高肝细胞MI和PCNA的作用(P<0.05, P<0.01)。结论:丹参具有改善FHF大鼠肝功能和促进肝细胞增殖及再生的作用。

목적:탐토단삼대폭발성간쇠갈( FHF)대서간손상급간재생적영향。방법: Wistar대서수궤분위4조:정상대조조、 FHF조、단삼조、촉간세포생장소( PHGF)조。 FHF、단삼조화PHGF조동물모형채용TAA피하주사,제량안매kg체중600mg,2차,매차간격24h,복제FHF동물모형。단삼조화PHGF조동물제피하주사TAA외,우실험전3천지실험결속분별우피하주사단삼주사액1ml/100g화PHGF1ml/100g,정상대조조화FHF조대서동시피하주사생리염수1ml/100g。 FHF조、단삼조화PHGF조,우제2차주사TAA후24h,수궤취대서각8지,복주동맥취혈측간공능。신속취간조직,용10%갑철액고정,제성석사절편,검측간세포유사분렬지수( MI)화증식세포핵항원(PCNA)。결과:단삼구유강저FHF대서ALT、 AST급TBil,현저제고간세포MI화PCNA적작용(P<0.05, P<0.01)。결론:단삼구유개선FHF대서간공능화촉진간세포증식급재생적작용。
Objective: To study the effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae on liver damage and liver regeneration in thioacet-amide-induced acute hepatic failure in rats.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal group , model group , Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group and lyophilized bovine transfer factor control group.Medications were given 1ml/100g respectively 3 days before hypodermically injected with thioacetamide ( TAA ) once a day.The rats were hypodermically injected with TAA 600mg· kg-1 twice at same time for two days to induce the model of acute hepatic failure rat except the normal group injected with the 0.9%salt solution hypodermically.Forty-eight hours later , the blood were collected to measure ALT , AST, TBil, and at the same time, the parameters of liver regeneration were observed as following: liver mitotic index and proliferation cell nucler antigen.Results: Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae could obviously decrease ALT , AST, TBil, improved liver mitotic index and pro-liferation cell nucier antigen of rats with acute hepatic failure.Comparing with model group and control group , there were signifi-cant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .Conclusion: Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae has esistance against the rat with acute he-patic failure , improve liver regeneration.
