目的：观察健肝方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（ NASH）的临床疗效。方法：将72例NASH患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例，治疗组患者口服健肝方，对照组患者口服水飞蓟素胶囊，两组疗程均为6个月。分别在治疗3个月、6个月时观察两组患者症状改善情况及肝功能、血脂以及肝/脾CT比值的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率为80.6％，对照组为69.4％，治疗组优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。治疗6个月时治疗组患者ALT、 AST、 TC、 HDL-C、肝/脾CT比值的改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：健肝方治疗NASH具有良好的临床疗效，可明显改善患者临床症候群，降低肝功能、血脂水平，改善肝/脾CT比值。
목적：관찰건간방치료비주정성지방성간염（ NASH）적림상료효。방법：장72례NASH환자수궤분위치료조36례화대조조36례，치료조환자구복건간방，대조조환자구복수비계소효낭，량조료정균위6개월。분별재치료3개월、6개월시관찰량조환자증상개선정황급간공능、혈지이급간/비CT비치적변화。결과：치료조총유효솔위80.6％，대조조위69.4％，치료조우우대조조（ P＜0.05）。치료6개월시치료조환자ALT、 AST、 TC、 HDL-C、간/비CT비치적개선우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：건간방치료NASH구유량호적림상료효，가명현개선환자림상증후군，강저간공능、혈지수평，개선간/비CT비치。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiangan formula on the rehabilitation treatment of nonalco -holic fatty liver disease.Methods: Seventy two patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on aver-age, the treatment group given the 6 months of Jiangan formula treatment , the control group given 6 months of silymarin capsule treatment.Observe both of two groups ’ improvements of the symptoms , the liver function , blood lipid and liver/spleen CT ratio after 3 months and 6 months treatment respectively.The patients of two groups were suitable to strengthen physical exercise and control diet during treatment.Results: The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 80.6%and 69.4%re-spectively, the treatment group was better than that of control group (P<0.05) .After treatment for 6 months, the changes of treatment group’ s ALT, AST, TC, HDL-C level of liver/spleen CT ratio was better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: There is a better clinical curative effect of Jiangan formula on the rehabilitation treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, which can significantly improve the patients'TCM symptoms, liver function, blood fat, liver/spleen CT ratio.
