采用响应曲面法优选和探讨微波提取裂褶菌多糖的最优工艺。在单因素试验的基础上采用SAS 8.2软件设计试验,用响应面分析优化提取时间、料液比、提取温度、微波强度各因素及其相互作用的最佳组合。结果表明,裂褶菌多糖的最优提取工艺条件提取时间为20 min,料液比为1∶28.5,提取温度为51℃,微波强度为548 W,此条件下,多糖实际提取率为1.765%。与其他方法比较,微波提取方法时间短,得率高,是裂褶菌多糖提取的一种优选方法。

채용향응곡면법우선화탐토미파제취렬습균다당적최우공예。재단인소시험적기출상채용SAS 8.2연건설계시험,용향응면분석우화제취시간、료액비、제취온도、미파강도각인소급기상호작용적최가조합。결과표명,렬습균다당적최우제취공예조건제취시간위20 min,료액비위1∶28.5,제취온도위51℃,미파강도위548 W,차조건하,다당실제제취솔위1.765%。여기타방법비교,미파제취방법시간단,득솔고,시렬습균다당제취적일충우선방법。
Objective:To obtain optimal extraction parameters of Schizophyllan under microwave irradiation. We investigated extraction time,ratio of solvent to raw material, extraction temperature and microwave power on polysaccharides yield using single-factor experiment. Then we optimized extraction condition of Schizophyl-lan by using SAS 8 . 2 . Results showed that obtained optimal extraction of Schizophyllan is as follows:extraction time is 20 min,ratio of solvent to raw material is 28. 5, extraction temperature is 51℃, microwave power is 548 W. Under the optimal condition,yield of Schizophyllan is 1. 765%. Conclusion: In contrast to other ex-traction methods, the extraction rate of mocrowave technique is better and the time is shorter. The microwave technique is a better method for extracting Schizophyllan.
