天仙湖堆石坝位于三峡库区,为典型库中坝。随三峡库区水位在非汛期173.0 m至汛期143.3 m间调动,下游水位可能高于上游水位,形成倒灌水流。结合天仙湖堆石坝工程,利用有限元强度折减法,采用Mohr-Coulomb本构模型对天仙堆石坝四种水位组合的上下游坝坡稳定性进行分析。结果表明,高水位有助于对应侧的坝坡稳定;坝体上下游水位差越大,坝坡稳定系数越小,坝体的稳定性降低。该坝在各种水位组合情况下部分满足设计规范要求,危险水位组合时存在坝坡失稳隐患,建议对其坝体进行加固处理。

천선호퇴석패위우삼협고구,위전형고중패。수삼협고구수위재비신기173.0 m지신기143.3 m간조동,하유수위가능고우상유수위,형성도관수류。결합천선호퇴석패공정,이용유한원강도절감법,채용Mohr-Coulomb본구모형대천선퇴석패사충수위조합적상하유패파은정성진행분석。결과표명,고수위유조우대응측적패파은정;패체상하유수위차월대,패파은정계수월소,패체적은정성강저。해패재각충수위조합정황하부분만족설계규범요구,위험수위조합시존재패파실은은환,건의대기패체진행가고처리。
The rock-fill Dam of Tianxian Lake located in the Three Gorges reservoir is a typical “reservoir dam”. Along with the Three Gorges Reservoir water level changes between 173 . 0 m in dry season to 143 . 3 m in flood season, the downstream water may flows back to upstream caused by downstream water level being higher than the upstream water level. Based on the strength reduction finite element method, this paper ana-lyzed the slope stability of the Tianxian Lake rock-fill dam under four different combinations of the water lev-els, using Mohr-Coulomb constitutive model. The results show that high water level will help the slope on the same side remain stable;the larger the difference between upstream and downstream water levels, the smaller the stability factor is, which means the dam slope's stability decreased. The stability of the dam satisfied the demand of the design code in some cases, while under dangerous combination of water levels, there was poten-tial landslide liability. To eliminate hidden trouble, the dam is proposed to reinforce.
