目的：研究Ritleng泪道插管手术治疗先天性鼻泪管阻塞手术年龄与治愈率的关系。方法回顾性分析先天性鼻泪管阻塞患儿进行Ritleng泪道插管手术治疗的的临床资料280例（356只眼），分析不同年龄患儿治愈率，不同类型泪道阻塞治愈率，以及不同类型泪道阻塞在不同年龄患儿中所占的比率、使用Pearson相关系数计算及卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果356眼中322眼治愈，总治愈率达90.4％，治愈率随年龄增长呈明显下降的趋势；复杂性泪道阻塞所占的比例随年龄增长呈上升的趋势；在356眼中，复杂性鼻泪管阻塞76眼，其中治愈53眼，治愈率69.7%，单纯膜性鼻泪管阻塞280眼，治愈269眼，治愈率96.1%，差异有高度统计学意义。结论 Ritleng泪道插管手术对于先天性鼻泪管阻塞的患儿有较好的疗效，随着年龄增大，治愈率呈下降趋势，复杂性鼻泪管阻塞较单纯膜性鼻泪管阻塞治愈率低，且复杂性鼻泪管阻塞所占的比例随年龄增大呈上升趋势。
목적：연구Ritleng루도삽관수술치료선천성비루관조새수술년령여치유솔적관계。방법회고성분석선천성비루관조새환인진행Ritleng루도삽관수술치료적적림상자료280례（356지안），분석불동년령환인치유솔，불동류형루도조새치유솔，이급불동류형루도조새재불동년령환인중소점적비솔、사용Pearson상관계수계산급잡방검험진행통계학분석。결과356안중322안치유，총치유솔체90.4％，치유솔수년령증장정명현하강적추세；복잡성루도조새소점적비례수년령증장정상승적추세；재356안중，복잡성비루관조새76안，기중치유53안，치유솔69.7%，단순막성비루관조새280안，치유269안，치유솔96.1%，차이유고도통계학의의。결론 Ritleng루도삽관수술대우선천성비루관조새적환인유교호적료효，수착년령증대，치유솔정하강추세，복잡성비루관조새교단순막성비루관조새치유솔저，차복잡성비루관조새소점적비례수년령증대정상승추세。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the Ritleng lacrimal intubation system in the treatment of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction (CNLDO) on different age. Methods Retrospective analysis, 280 cases (356 eyes) of silicone intubation with the Ritleng lacrimal intubation system performed were enrolled in this study. The therapeutic rate of different age, different kind of nasolacrimal duct obstruction were analyzed. The statistics analysis included Pearson correlation coefficient and chi-square test. Results The overall recovery rate was 90.4%(322/356cases) . In the five sub-groups based on the age, 6~12 month, 12~24month, 24~36 month, 36~48 month and older than 48 month age,the recovery rate was 95.1%(39/41)、94.7%(143/151)、89.0%(73/82)、84.6%(44/52)、76.7%(23/30) respectively. The ratio of complex obstruction in the five group is 14.6%(6/41), 16.6%(30/151), 19.5%(16/82), 25%(13/52) and 36.7%(11/30) respectively, In the simple membranous obstruction group and the complex obstruction group, the recovery rate was 96.1%(269/280) and 69.7%(53/76) respectively. Conclusions The Ritleng lacrimal intubation system is an easy,effective and non-traumatic procedure for the treatment of CNLDO children. The age of the patients can affect the therapeutic effect of the surgery.
