利用 OQSS 在线调查软件,对6所农林院校教师参与社会服务的意愿,进行了抽样调查。从职称、年龄、专业、性别等角度分析了他们的态度差异,从而发现:教师的职称、年龄与服务意愿正相关,教师的专业背景与服务意愿、服务渠道也有很大关系。最后从转换观念、加强管理、强化激励、提升能力等方面提出了建议意见。

This article investigated the attitudes of teachers towards social service at 6 agricultural and forestry universities by OQSS online investigating software.From the perspectives of their titles of technical posts, ages, professional backgrounds and gender,this article analyzed the differences in their attitudes towards social service. The result showed that teachers' title, age and service intention are positively related and that teachers’ professional background and their service intention and service channel are also important factors. Finally, from the angles of conception transformation, management improvement, incentive placement and ability upgrading, the article put forward some suggestions.
