目的：通过对云南省某三甲医院平均住院日现状的研究，分析影响平均住院日的因素，从而对有效控制医院平均住院日提出相应的措施，科学合理地缩短医院的平均住院日。方法用 Excel 对医院平均住院日相关数据进行描述性分析，运用多重线性回归分析对我院平均住院日进行分析，寻找其影响因素。结果云南省某三甲医院2009-2013年平均住院日总体呈下降趋势，平均住院日主要与费用、疾病权重、死亡情况、外科系统的手术情况等关系较大。结论近年来平均住院日缩短，有利于医院医疗质量及数量的提高，减轻患者负担，提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。

Objective The average hospital days of a hospital (LevelⅢ Class A) in Yunnan province were studied to analyze the influencing factors of average hospital days, and propose appropriate measures that can control the average hospital days effectively, eventually to achieve our aim of reducing the average hospital days scientifically and reasonably. Methods The Excellwas employed to carry on the descriptive analysis of the average hospital days and related data. The average hospital days were analyzed to find the factors by means of the multiple linear regression analysis. Results The average hospital days of the hospital in Yunnan province from 2009 to 2013 were on the decline. The average hospital days were mainly related to expenses, weight of the disease, death, and the operation condition of surgery system. Conclusion The shortened average hospitalization days will be propitious to improve medical quality and quantity, reduce the burden of patients, and improve the social and eco-nomic benefit in recent years.
