目的：确定医疗援疆工作效果评价指标，为援疆效果评价奠定理论基础。方法通过召开座谈会及专家评分，运用层次分析法分析指标及权重。结果第一层指标分为医疗工作，教学科研工作，社会工作三个评价指标，医疗工作权重最高，其次是教学科研工作和社会工作；医疗工作下分6个子指标，教学科研工作下分8个子指标，社会工作下分6个子指标，医疗工作中，权重系数最大的指标为填补疆内空白技术和院内首次开展新技术，教学科研工作中，指导团队获得成果奖励指标权重排列第一，社会工作中，主办、协办国内外会议指标最重要。结论以医疗指标为主体，从实际工作出发构建的援疆效果考评指标体系，体现了医疗援疆工作中“帮扶带”的重要作用。是合理评价医疗援疆工作的有效工具。

Objective To determine the evaluation index of medical support in Xinjiang, and lay theoretical basis for the effect evaluation. Methods Through symposium and expert evaluation, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was used to analyze indicators and weights. Results The first level indicators were divided into medical work, teaching and scientific re-search, social work, with the medical profession the highest weight, followed by the teaching and scientific research and social work. Medical work was divided into six sub indexes, indexes of teaching and scientific research were divided into 8 subsidiaries, and social work was divided into six sub indicators. In the medical work, the biggest weight coefficient of the index was technolo-gies filling the Xinjiang technical gap and first-ever technologies in the hospitals, in research and teaching, guiding the team to get achievements reward index ranked the first, and in social work, the most important was hosting and co-organizing domestic and international conferences. Conclusion The effect evaluation index system of medical support in Xinjiang which was based on practical work and whose main body was medical indexes, reflects the importance of support and help in medical aids for Xin-jiang, and is an effective tool for evaluating medical aids for Xinjiang.
