目的：探讨在脑梗塞康复期心理干预的疗效。方法：随机选择2012年1月～2013年12月我院收治的64例脑梗塞康复期患者，按数字表法被随机分为心理干预组和常规护理组，每组各32例。给予常规护理组常规的护理；心理干预组在常规护理的基础上给予心理干预，观察比较两组的疗效。结果：两组治疗前美国国立卫生研究院神经功能缺损程度评分量表（NIHSS）评分和 Bathel 指数无显著差异（P ＞0.05），治疗后两组均显著升高，且心理干预组的均显著高于常规护理组的[NIHSS：（70.52±5.79）分比（42.61±3.17）分，Bathel 指数：（62.62±20.53）比（43.24±17.91）]，差异有统计学意义（P 均＜0.01）。结论：在脑梗塞康复期时给予心理干预，能够取得较为显著的疗效，值得在临床上推广。

목적：탐토재뇌경새강복기심리간예적료효。방법：수궤선택2012년1월～2013년12월아원수치적64례뇌경새강복기환자，안수자표법피수궤분위심리간예조화상규호리조，매조각32례。급여상규호리조상규적호리；심리간예조재상규호리적기출상급여심리간예，관찰비교량조적료효。결과：량조치료전미국국립위생연구원신경공능결손정도평분량표（NIHSS）평분화 Bathel 지수무현저차이（P ＞0.05），치료후량조균현저승고，차심리간예조적균현저고우상규호리조적[NIHSS：（70.52±5.79）분비（42.61±3.17）분，Bathel 지수：（62.62±20.53）비（43.24±17.91）]，차이유통계학의의（P 균＜0.01）。결론：재뇌경새강복기시급여심리간예，능구취득교위현저적료효，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of psychological intervention on cerebral infarction in rehabilitation period.Methods:A total of 64 patients with cerebral infarction in rehabilitation period hospitalized in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2013 were randomly selected and divided into routine nursing group (n=32,re-ceived routine nursing care)and psychological intervention group (n=32,received psychological intervention based on routine nursing care)according to number table method.Therapeutic effect was observed and compare between two groups.Results:There were no significant difference in scores of national institutes of health stroke score (NIHSS)and Bathel index between two groups before treatment,P >0.05. After treatment,scores of NIHSS and Bathel index significantly increased in both groups,and those of psychological intervention group were significantly higher than those of routine nursing group [NIHSS: (70.52 ± 5.79)scores vs.(42.61 ± 3.17)scores,Bathel index:(62.62±20.53)vs.(43.24±17.91)],P <0.01 both.Conclusion:Psychological intervention possesses sig-nificant therapeutic effect in patients with cerebral infarction during rehabilitation period,which is worth extending in clinic.
