相继增压系统( STC)控制是相继增压柴油机的关键技术之一,其可靠性直接影响柴油机的可靠性和总体性能。以TBD234V12柴油机相继增压电子控制系统为例,应用应力分析法和GO(go oriented)法对其进行可靠性研究,对2种方法计算结果进行了比较,结果表明:应力分析法可靠性框图和GO图正确、合理,二者预期结果一致,改进建议对提高控制系统的可靠性有着重要的指导意义。

The control system is one of the key technologies in the sequential turbocharging system (STC), and the reliability of the STC control system directly affects the reliability performance and overall performance of the diesel engine.In this paper, the reliability of the electric control system of TBD 234V12 diesel engine sequential turbo-charging system was investigated by device stress analysis method and device GO (go oriented) method, respective-ly , and some improvements to the system were given based on corresponding results .The comparison results demon-strate consistentcy between the two methods , and the suggestions to improve the reliability have important guiding significance .
