提出并实现了一种等功分的电可调功分器。该功分器基于复阻抗变换技术进行设计,采用3个复阻抗变换器,实现了从600~1900 MHz的中心频率可调,在可调范围内实现输入端反射系数S 11优于-15 dB,传输系数S 21、S 31大于-4 dB。该功分器具有结构紧凑、偏置电路简单的优点,具有良好的谐波抑制特性。

A tunable equal power divider is presented in this paper .This new topology power divider is designed based on complex impedance transformation theory , having three complex impedance transformers , tunable in fre-quency range from 600 MHz to 1 900 MHz, and realizing that the reflection coefficient at the input end S 11 is below-15dB, the transmission coefficient S 21 and S 31 are better than -4 dB.This power divider is compact , and can be biased by simple structure .In addition , harmonics can be suppressed efficiently .
