本文通过对45钢不同状态的断口进行腐蚀,使用扫描电子显微镜( SEM )观察其断口形貌变化,发现:随着腐蚀时间的延长,对于退火态和正火态以及回火态的断口的断裂特征将逐渐消失;而腐蚀对淬火态的断口形貌影响较小。
本文通過對45鋼不同狀態的斷口進行腐蝕,使用掃描電子顯微鏡( SEM )觀察其斷口形貌變化,髮現:隨著腐蝕時間的延長,對于退火態和正火態以及迴火態的斷口的斷裂特徵將逐漸消失;而腐蝕對淬火態的斷口形貌影響較小。
본문통과대45강불동상태적단구진행부식,사용소묘전자현미경( SEM )관찰기단구형모변화,발현:수착부식시간적연장,대우퇴화태화정화태이급회화태적단구적단렬특정장축점소실;이부식대쉬화태적단구형모영향교소。
The fractures in the different state of 45# steel were corroded and were observed by scan electronic microscope ( SEM ) . The results show that the fracture characteristics of annealing , normalizing and tempering steels gradually disappear with the elongation of the time . However , there are nearly no effect of corrosion on the fracture characteristics of quenching steel .
