随着科学技术的不断发展,逆向工程的应用越来越广泛。本文以电脑散热器风扇为例,主要介绍了3D CaMega 光学三维扫描系统在风扇的反求设计中的应用,利用扫描仪对风扇进行扫描,简要介绍了扫描仪的CPC控制系统,数据的测量和预处理等操作。并对三维扫描仪产生的误差进行了分析总结。
隨著科學技術的不斷髮展,逆嚮工程的應用越來越廣汎。本文以電腦散熱器風扇為例,主要介紹瞭3D CaMega 光學三維掃描繫統在風扇的反求設計中的應用,利用掃描儀對風扇進行掃描,簡要介紹瞭掃描儀的CPC控製繫統,數據的測量和預處理等操作。併對三維掃描儀產生的誤差進行瞭分析總結。

With the continuous development of science and technology , the application of reverse engineering is more and more widely used . In this paper , based on a fan of computer radiator as an example , introduces the application of the 3D CaMega three-dimensional scanning system in fan reverse engineering. Using a scanner to scan the fan , this paper introduces the CPC control program of the scanner , the measurement data and pre-operation , and analyzes the errors of three-dimensional scanner .
