目的观察早期胃癌组织中GTP酶激活蛋白SH3功能区结合蛋白G3BP1和G3BP2的表达变化并探讨其意义。方法选择早期胃癌组织89例和正常对照组织35例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测两组G3BP1蛋白和G3BP2蛋白的表达情况。结果早期胃癌组和正常组G3BP1的阳性率分别为87.64%和60.00%,G3BP2阳性率分别为86.51%和54.28%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000,0.000);早期胃癌G3BP1和G3BP2的表达均与幽门螺杆菌感染相关(P=0.000);早期胃癌组织中G3BP1与G3BP2表达呈正相关(rs=0.252,P=0.017)。结论早期胃癌组织中G3BP1和G3BP2呈高表达,可能与幽门螺杆菌感染紧密相关,两指标异常表达可能在早期胃癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。

목적관찰조기위암조직중GTP매격활단백SH3공능구결합단백G3BP1화G3BP2적표체변화병탐토기의의。방법선택조기위암조직89례화정상대조조직35례,채용면역조직화학방법검측량조G3BP1단백화G3BP2단백적표체정황。결과조기위암조화정상조G3BP1적양성솔분별위87.64%화60.00%,G3BP2양성솔분별위86.51%화54.28%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P=0.000,0.000);조기위암G3BP1화G3BP2적표체균여유문라간균감염상관(P=0.000);조기위암조직중G3BP1여G3BP2표체정정상관(rs=0.252,P=0.017)。결론조기위암조직중G3BP1화G3BP2정고표체,가능여유문라간균감염긴밀상관,량지표이상표체가능재조기위암적발생화발전중기중요작용。
Objective To observe the expression and significances of Ras-GTPase-activating protein SH3 domain binding protein G3BP1 and G3BP2 in early gastric cancer. Methods The expression of G3BP1 and G3BP2 proteins both in 89 cases of early gastric cancer and 35 cases of normal tissues ( control group) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of G3BP1 in gastric cancer group and control group were 87.64%and 60.00%respectively, the positive rates of G3BP2 were 86.51%and 54.28%re-spectively, and there were significantly different between two groups (P=0.000, 0.000, respectively). Both the degree of G3BP1 and G3BP2 expression were correlated with H. pylori infection (P=0.000). Spearman rela-tive analysis showed that the degree of G3BP1 expression in gastric cancer was correlated positively with the degree of G3BP2 expression (rs=0.252,P=0.017). Conclusion G3BP1 and G3BP2 proteins are highly ex-pressed in early gastric cancer, and their abnormal expression may play important roles in the development and progress of gastric ulcer.
