The paper mainly introduces transforming optimization measures in order to improve ammonia production and reduce energy consumption after internals of ammonia converter are replaced for the DC-C type 2 000, after optimization, ammonia production increases, save electricity effect obviously, which reaches even exceeds design capability, operational aspect in good condition.
