对不锈钢焊缝的凝固模式以及铁素体对焊缝质量的影响进行分析,结果表明不锈钢焊缝中的铁素体含量决定了焊缝的凝固模式。当铁素体数FN在5~20之间时,可以防止凝固裂纹沿晶粒边界的扩展。由此提出控制不锈钢焊材化学成分的方法,可避免或减少不锈钢凝固裂纹的产生。经过对多种铁素体测量方法的综合分析,建议采用化学计算和磁性测定相结合的方法进行测定。

The paper discusses the solidification mode of stainless steel welds and the effect of ferrite content on the quality of welds. The ferrite content in stainless steel welds determines the solidification mode of welds. When ferrite content is between 5%and 20%, the propagation of solidification cracks along the board of grains can be prevented. Based on this, the paper come out with a method to control the chemical analysis of stainless steel welding materials in order to avoid or reduce the solidification cracking in stainless steel. Based on the all-around study on some ferrite measuring methods, the paper suggests to use the combined chemical composition calculation and magnetic measure to test the ferrite content.
