研究反应堆压力容器模拟钢(Cu含量大于0.25%wt)的等温热时效强化行为。模拟钢900℃固溶处理后水淬保留的过饱和Cu原子在时效过程中析出长大,使得材料出现强化。试验选取3个平行试样用30 kg载荷进行维氏硬度测量,每个样品测量五次,取平均值作为测量结果。结果表明,试样硬度随时效时间增加发生变化。在此基础上分析了时效强化曲线并得到了合金元素Ni对时效硬化峰时间及峰形的影响。

The paper studies the harding behaviour of reactor pressure vessel model steel (PRVS) (with Cu content higher than 0.25% wt) during the process of isothermal aging treatment. The supersaturated Cu atoms in PRVS that has been subject to 900℃solution treatment and water quenching treatment precipitates and grows during the aging treatment, which makes PRVS hardened. A Vicker hardness test with 30 kg load is performed on three specimens and 5 measurements are taken on each specimen. The average value of those measurements is as test result. The test result shows the harness of test specimens changes with the increasing of aging time. Based on this, the effect of nickel element on the peak-aging time and the shape of aging hardening curve are obtained.
