T he national clinical skills contest reflects that Pediatric students are lack of the clinical thinking and humanities ,their clinical operations are not standard .This paper discussed the strategy including the ascension of the construction of teachers ,students’ subjective initiative ,the strengthe-ning of clinical skills center and clinical thinking ability training ,aims to constantly promote medical education reform and innovation .
