The medical students in polytechnic college would mainly work in basic level hospital .Em-phases of cultivation plan were put on clinical skill training for the medical students .According to the characteristic ,integration of teaching ,study and practice were suitable for teaching model of diagnosis course .The integration model would help with teaching combination of theory and practice .
