Tutor training is an important step for assuring quality of PBL teaching .The contents of PBL tutor training should include the basic concept and main features ,the principle of teaching plan w riting ,the process of the courses and the evaluation of teaching effect for PBL model .It is the key point that the tutors change their teaching ideas and playing role for PBL practicing successfully .The abilities of speculative knowledge ,integrated thinking and organizational control are necessary for PBL tutors .
