考虑到在保证耐压排气管段的承压能力和耐腐蚀性能的前提下尽可能降低管段的重量是潜艇柴油机排气系统耐压管段材料优选及结构优化设计的主要目标,针对多种材料配套体系和多结构设计方案,用有限元计算方法对耐压排气管段的强度分布及稳定性进行计算分析,提出材料优选和结构优化设计方案,形成柴油机排气系统耐压管段材料优选和结构优化设计准则。
攷慮到在保證耐壓排氣管段的承壓能力和耐腐蝕性能的前提下儘可能降低管段的重量是潛艇柴油機排氣繫統耐壓管段材料優選及結構優化設計的主要目標,針對多種材料配套體繫和多結構設計方案,用有限元計算方法對耐壓排氣管段的彊度分佈及穩定性進行計算分析,提齣材料優選和結構優化設計方案,形成柴油機排氣繫統耐壓管段材料優選和結構優化設計準則。

Lowering the pipeline weight as far as possible on the promise of bearing capacity and corrosion resistance of the pressure exhaust pipeline is the main objective of the pressure pipeline materials selection and structure optimization in submarine diesel engine exhaust system .Aiming at multi-materials mating system and multi-structure design program , the strength and sta-bility of pressure exhaust pipeline are analyzed by finite element method , and a material selection and structure optimization plan is proposed to form the design system .
