In the dry dock repairing project of "Nanhai Tiaozhan"FPS, the challenges from safety , quality, schedule and cost are overcome .New solutions are employed to solve the problems such as full scale load bearing scaffolding , column pitting repair , multiple dry dock flooding solution , inclination test .The plan of upgrading the FPS power generator sets with nationalized brand in the dry dock program are introduced , including special ABS requirement on inclination angle; new rules for emission control;space limitation and different brand and power synchronization .
