为提高溢油浮标跟踪海上溢油油膜的精度,基于溢油浮标跟踪油膜的水动力学机理,对溢油浮标的尺寸、重量、海域位置等参数进行分析及优化,研究表明,可以根据浮标应用地理位置、海况及溢油油膜本身的性质,有针对性地选择最优的浮标设计参数,以提高溢油跟踪预测的准确性。
為提高溢油浮標跟蹤海上溢油油膜的精度,基于溢油浮標跟蹤油膜的水動力學機理,對溢油浮標的呎吋、重量、海域位置等參數進行分析及優化,研究錶明,可以根據浮標應用地理位置、海況及溢油油膜本身的性質,有針對性地選擇最優的浮標設計參數,以提高溢油跟蹤預測的準確性。

To improve the accuracy of oil-spill tracking buoy by optimizing the design of buoy , the oil-spill buoy parameters including size , weight and location are studied based on the hydrodynamic principles governing buoy tracking oil -film.The results show that it is possible that the best design of buoy and tracking effect is calculated to reach the accuracy of oil -spill buoy tracking oil-film according to geographic position and the properties of the oil-film.
