从合作方式的角度，总结了目前我国高等中医药产学研的模式，简要分析了各种模式的特点。从绩效评价机制不健全、联合技术创新意识薄弱、普及面狭窄三大问题出发，为进一步深化中医药产学研合作程度，促进技术创新，培养优秀中医药人才提供了可行性意见。

The industry-university-research cooperation mode is an effective way to cultivate talents of Chinese medicine .In this paper ,from the perspective of cooperation method ,the current industry-u-niversity-research cooperation modes of higher traditional Chinese medicine education were summa-rized ,and the characteristics of various kinds of them were analyzed briefly .What’s more ,there are three problems in the current modes as follow :The performance evaluation mechanism is not sound , the joint technical innovation consciousness is weak and the popularization is narrow .Based on these problems ,to provide some feasible suggestions in order to further deepen the degree of industry-uni-versity-research cooperation ,promote the technology innovation and cultivate excellent talents of Chi-nese medicine .
